Service Description
This 30-minute consultation is designed to discuss your loc goals, hair concerns, and recommended services. Consultations may be completed by Zoom. (In person is recommend) Consultation fee is non-refundable and does not go toward your booking balance. “This fee is non-refundable and does not apply toward future services.”
Cancellation Policy
There's a one-time reschedule done 24 hours before your appointment, No call NO show is an automated forfeit of your deposit also reschedule has to be within a 3-week time frame. If not done, you forfeit. Please where your mask and if your sick stay home. Absolutely no extra people with you at your appointment they'll be asked to stay in the car. PLEASE WEAR An EARPIECE FOR YOUR DEVICES!!!!
